All sales for coaching packages and sessions are final. Due to the nature of coaching services — which require a personal commitment of time, energy, and resources — no refunds will be issued once payment has been made. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
