Cancellation Policy
To honor both our time, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
